    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2020)

    Editor’s Note

    Dear Readers,

With great joy, the Editorial Board welcomes this first edition of the Bali International Scientific Forum (BISF), which is published by the University of Bali International. We have been preparing for more than 6 months to form and publish this journal.

Bali International Scientific Forum, or hereinafter abbreviated as BISF, was formed to accommodate novice researchers and academics, while also open ourselves to more experienced researchers and academics. We publish articles in both Indonesian language and English. BISF is aimed for accommodating scientific studies from various fields to expand the repertoire of scientific literature for a wide audience. We realize that in a scientific publication, ideally there is a specificity of study. However, we position ourselves to provide a variety of studies from various sciences that would provide additional insight into a study, without reducing the editorial and review process.

In this first edition, we provide various studies from our internal publishing institution, which are oriented to the health studies. There are studies in the fields of biology, pharmacy, patient behavior in medicine, the potential of natural ingredients for treatment, as well as studies on the application of health services. For us, this entire article provides basic insights into the breadth of the study of health.

Like a first publication, although we have tried to achieve a good basic review of the manuscript, of course the spaces for errors can occur. We would be welcome to any input for the development of our journal. In the future, we will also apply for accreditation after meeting the minimum requirements for accreditation of scientific journals in Indonesia.

Greetings and wishes that we all are healthy.

    On behalf of Editorial Board,
    Editor in Chief
